Presenting the apartment

Every room is the result of careful research.
Most of the furnishings have been made to measure in order to make the best use of every corner, while respecting style, space and volume.
We’re sure we have brought together everything you could possibly need in this apartment, but welcome observations and will do everything we can to meet your requirements.

To make you feel completely at home in Annecy, we also provide a folder containing our selection of recommended addresses.

The entrance hall

Here you’ll find a small bookshelf, a pocket tidy, a clothes cupboard with storage boxes, an ironing board, clothes drier and vacuum cleaner.

The kitchen

Opens onto the sitting room, and is fully equipped.
Cooker with electric oven and four mains gas rings, Microwave cooker, extractor fan, Refrigerator with small freezer compartment, Dishwasher and washing machine, Italian expresso coffee machine, Bodum coffee pot, electric kettle and toaster

The sitting room

Is comfortably furnished with a three-seater sofa, two small armchairs, a bookshelf and reading corner.
