Terms and conditions
We would like to emphasise that the Appartement d'Hôtes is intended for a maximum of two people, non-smokers without children, and that we do not accept animals.
We will be obliged to cancel your reservation with no refund, or to charge an additional 50% of your rental fee if we find, either on your arrival or during your stay, that these conditions are not respected.
Prices and conditions are subject to change in the event of future reservations.
We request that you arrive at the Appartement d'Hôtes at around 4 pm and that you vacate the apartment by10 am on your day of departure. Please note that there is no night service to receive keys, and that consequently you will need to make the necessary arrangements to respect the above arrival and departure times.
Reservation conditions
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the official accredited authorities do not validate the solvency of your account.
Deposit
Reservations are considered to be definitive and binding as from the return of your rental contract duly signed and dated.
This should be done as soon as possible and be accompanied by 30% of the total amount due for your stay as a reservation fee. The remaining sum must be paid at least one month prior to your arrival.
Concerning the «Séjour Escapade» (Special "Get Away" Offer ), the total sum of the stay should be paid upon reservation.
Supplementary services including minibar, laundry and dry-cleaning service, delivery of pastries or other items must be paid for at the time of ordering or on the evening before your departure.
Prices will be indicated when you order.
Security deposit and inventory
On arrival, when you receive the keys, you will be asked for a deposit of 1,000 €.
You will also validate and sign a complete inventory as well as a detailed description of the premises with photos.
Following your departure, the Appartement d'Hôtes will be inspected thoroughly, and your deposit returned within 15 days.
Cancellation conditions
Complete refund if you cancel more than two months before your stay
50% of rental fees refunded if you cancel between 59 and 46 days before your stay
No refund for cancellation within less than 45 days before your stay or in the event of non-arrival .
No refund will be given, upon cancellation of the«Séjour Escapade »(Special "Get Away" Offer ) .
In no circumstances will early departure give rise to a refund.
